A circuit for detecting an element burned out in an induction melting furnace is provided to perform the repair and exchange of burned SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) effectively by determining the burned state within a short time. A circuit for detecting an element burned out in an induction melting furnace includes an input unit(210) for applying a high frequency test signal to both ends of a selected SCR. A differential amplifier(220) is connected to both ends of the input unit(210) in parallel to amplify and output the difference of voltages inputted from both ends of the input unit(210). A rectifier(230) rectifies the voltages inputted from the differential amplifier(220). A comparator(240) outputs a discrimination signal according to the burned state of the SCR by comparing the voltage rectified at the rectifier(230) with a reference voltage. |
