A treading inversion machine is provided to perform treading such as stepping or peddling while a user is standing on his/her hands, or in an inversion position so that it can help a body to stretch out and bring compound effects of physical exercise. A treading inversion machine(10) includes a backboard(20) having a treading mechanism in its one end for laying feet. The treading mechanism is stepping or peddling. The treading mechanism includes: an axis(40) for shaking in the center of the one end for feet; a bar(50) for shaking, which is connected to the axis for shaking and performs reciprocating motions; a device(60) for preventing the user's feet from slipping out of foot pedals(4) on both ends of the bar.
