MODULAR SEALED FEEDTHROUGH FOR CABLES AND DUCTS THROUGH DIFFERENT SORTS OF COMPONENTS, WITH CONTROLED SEAL

The modular block, to give a sealed passage for cables and pipes through constructions, has two cube sections each with a semi-cylinder to shroud the cable/pipe. Each module (3) has a recess (9) around its outer sealing surfaces (7,8) at right angles to the line of the cable/pipe. The recess has at least one drilling (10) which extends inwards to the mantle surface of the cable/pipe through the assembly. The module forms a communicating system where its closed interior contains a gas volume which can be tested.
