摘要 An organic EL(Electro Luminescence) device having microstructures between a transparent substrate and an electrode is provided to improve luminous efficiency by preventing the quantity of light from being reduced on an interface. An organic EL device(100) having microstructures between a transparent substrate(106) and an electrode includes the transparent substrate(106), a specific sol gel layer(105), a specific high refractivity material layer(104), a first electrode(103), a light emitting layer(102), and a second electrode(101). The specific sol gel layer(105) is made of sol gel material, is formed on the transparent substrate(106), and has a minute uneven part on the surface. The specific high refractivity material layer(104) is coated by the material of high reflectivity to charge the gap in the uneven part of the specific sol gel layer(105). The first electrode(103) is formed on a multi-layered substrate which consists of the transparent layer(106), the specific sol gel layer(105), and the specific high refractivity material layer(104). The light emitting layer(102) has organic light emitting material, and is formed on the first electrode(103). The second electrode(101) is formed on the light emitting layer(102). The minute uneven part of the specific sol gel layer(105) is formed by a nano imprinting method.
