FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining blood parameters 1-2 days prior to operation on the general hypoxia test background and estimating tolerance to hypoxia. High tolerance to hypoxia being observed in intra- and postoperative period, hemotransfusion therapy is administered only on hemoglobin concentration dropping below 80 g/l, hemodilution being permitted to hematocrit value of 20% during artificial blood circulation; moderate tolerance to hypoxia being the case, hemotransfusion therapy is administered when hemoglobin concentration drops below 90 g/l, whereas hemodilution up to hematocrit value not lower than 25% is applicable in artificial blood circulation cases; low tolerance to hypoxia being the case, hemotransfusion therapy is applied, when hemoglobin concentration falls below 100 g/l, and hemodilution to hematocrit value not lower than 30% is administered at artificial blood circulation stage. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy in forecasting organism tolerance; improved cardiosurgical operation results; optimized hemotransfusion therapy; reduced risk of postoperative complications. |
