FIELD: oil-producing industry; oil-processing industry; devices for the oil dehydration. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the oil treatment, in particular, to the devices for the oil dehydration and may be used in the installations of the preliminary discharge of the water, in the installations of the oil treatment and the petroleum refineries. The apparatus includes the shell executed cylindrical with its lower edge hermetically co-operating with the bottom of the body. The body is additionally supplied with the guiding impingement plates, the sensors of the oil levels and the boundaries of separation of the oil-water, and the distributor for feeding in the oil-water emulsion is mounted in the body tangentially and made in the form of the horizontal tube additionally supplied with the distributors. The collecting device for the withdrawal is made in the form of the perforated closed tube located horizontally along the interior perimeter of the body. The apparatus has several water withdrawal fitting pipes connected to the water collecting device. The technical result of the invention consists in decrease of the material inputs in the oil treatment and the increased efficiency of the apparatus operation. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the decreased material inputs for the oil treatment and the increased efficiency of the apparatus operation. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
