FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining lower extremities muscles electro-excitability in advance. Then, muscles under high electro-excitability are relaxed by acting with rectangular pulsating current having frequency of 143 Hz, pulse duration of 2 ms, pause between pulses of 5 ms and current intensity of 8-20 mA. Then, low electro-excitability level muscles are stimulated with rectangular biphasic current having pulse duration of 10 ms, pause between pulses of 100 ms, frequency of 9.1 Hz, current intensity of 10-25 mA. Each action lasts 6 min. The treatment course is increased in steps of 2 min and reaches 20 min per one field, being not longer than 60 min per 1 procedure. The total treatment course is 10-12 daily procedures long. ^ EFFECT: accelerated extremity support ability and restricted movement volume recovery; improved anesthesia effectiveness. ^ 4 dwg |
