An alignment unit for a diesel engine valve spindle of a ship is provided to align a valve spindle at the same time by supporting the valve spindle using a chuck and two rollers. An alignment unit for a diesel engine valve spindle of a ship comprises a lower frame(110), a moving plate(130), and an upper frame(150). The lower frame comprises a supporting unit supporting axially a valve spindle(10) having a spindle head unit(13) and a spindle stem part(11), a motor(111), and a guide shaft(117). The moving plate is slid on the guide shaft to include a roller body(161) for aligning the stem part. The upper frame is installed of a cylinder(151) moving a moving plate(130) vertically. The supporting unit comprises a chuck(115) axially rotating the valve spindle according to the driving the motor, a roller body for fixing a head unit installed at the lower part of the moving plate and at the direct direction of the spindle head unit of the valve spindle, and a roller body(165) for fixing the stem part installed at the upper surface of the lower frame and at the direct lower direction of the spindle stem unit of the valve spindle. |
