摘要 A method of manufacturing a beverage extract by mixing powder of a pine cone and pine sprouts and honey and fermenting it is provided to obtain beverage extract of a gel or sol state having a pine flavor. First, 30 to 40% by weight of a pine cone and 60 to 70% by weight of pine sprouts are washed and ground. Secondly, 45 to 55% by weight of mixed powder of the pine cone and pine sprouts is mixed with 45 to 55% by weight of honey, fermented at room temperature for 6 to 8 days, filtered and heated at 100deg.C.
