A cooker support plate for a restaurant is provided to reduce fuel consumption by increasing the efficiency of cooking, and to effectively utilize a cooking space. A cooker support plate for a restaurant includes an upper plate(10) and a cooker support(20). A plurality of heat source supply holes(13) are formed at a support member(11) on which a plurality of through holes(12) are formed. Fixing grooves(14,14') are formed at both sides of the heat source supply holes. The cooker support includes a heat collection edge(21) and a tripod(22). The heat collection edge is formed by a ring shaped wall. The tripod is formed at an inner side of the heat collection edge. Fixing projections(23) are formed at a lower portion of the heat collection edge corresponding to the fixing grooves of the upper plate. A plurality of cooker supports are engaged with the upper plate.
