The installation has a central module (1), which is transportable individually by a standard road machine, where the module assembles a mixing unit, a dosage unit e.g. reagent dosage unit, and an installation command and control unit. The mixing unit mixes sorted material (R) and a reagent. The dosage unit applies the reagent to the material. An upstream module (2) is placed upstream of the central module, and is driven by the command and control unit. The upstream module assembles a feed hopper (21) and a material extractor associated to the hopper.
