The instrument has a writing head (2) assembled with a body (1) that includes a front section (10) with a main barrel (10A) extended by a secondary barrel (10B). A radial protrusion (11) is integrated to the body under a form of a ring portion, where an outer radius of the protrusion is lesser or equal to an outer radius of the main barrel. A cut (12) is provided at a rear end of a cylindrical tubular rear part (20) of the head, where a longitudinal depth (P) of the cut is equal to a protrusion`s longitudinal height (h). A sleeve (3) is coaxially arranged around the part and the section.
