The wheelchair has a chassis (1) whose ends are endowed of pistons (2) for regulating a desired height (3) if necessary, where the chassis is provided with a front wheel and a rear wheel (5). The front wheel has the pistons and an orientation cleat with light braking permitting to access to steps or stairs (4). A shock damping monoblock is utilized for supporting footrest, and integrated below an armrest part (6), a backrest and a seat.
