AQUEOUS GLUE SPRAYER AND SPRAYING APPARATUS COMPRISING THE SAME

An aqueous glue sprayer and an aqueous glue spraying apparatus having the same are provided to minimize manpower through an automated process and to prevent the aqueous glue from being wasted by properly applying the aqueous glue. An aqueous glue sprayer(100) is composed of a main body(10) having a cylinder(7); a needle valve(20) vertically disposed in the center of the cylinder, wherein a lower end of the needle valve is formed in the shape of a cone; an isolating ring(15) fixed in the center of the cylinder to divide the cylinder into an upper air chamber(60) and a lower glue chamber(70) and provided with a needle valve through-hole(17) formed in the center so as to slide the needle valve with keeping airtightness; a compression ring(25) joined to the outer peripheral surface of the upper end of the needle valve to restrict the upper limit of the air chamber and vertically slid with keeping airtightness from the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder; an upper cap(30) combined to the upper end of the cylinder; a return spring(90) disposed in a spring chamber(80) formed between the compression ring and the upper cap so as to provide elastic force for pressing the needle valve to the lower side; a lower cap(40) combined to the lower end of the cylinder and provided with a glue ejection port(43) formed in the center and opened and closed by the needle valve; and an air control valve(50) supplying or cutting the high-pressure air supplied by a compressor through a first air port(11) formed at the main body to communicate with the air chamber. The high-pressure aqueous glue flowing through a glue port(9) of the main body is sprayed through a nozzle(53) by opening the glue ejection port in moving up the needle valve and not sprayed at the same time in closing the glue ejection port in moving down the needle valve.
