A chair with posture correction, traction treatment, and massage functions is provided to apply traction power for lifting up the waist of a user with covering the waist by a pair of backrests and to circulate effectively the air through a gap between rolling bars supporting the hip of the user. A chair with posture correction, traction treatment, and massage functions is composed of: a pair of side plates(20,22) separated from each other; a plurality of rolling bars(30) installed to rotate between the side plates and gradually lowered from the front side of the side plates toward the rear side to move the hip of a user toward the rear side; and a back plate(50) installed at the rear side of the side plates.
