A reinforcing method of a ground for a railway track on concrete ballast is provided to prevent an accident by restricting differential settlement with a concrete reinforcing slab, to improve the durability by preventing crack of a roadbed, and to restrict breakage of the reinforcing slab or the ground by supporting the lower part of the reinforcing slab. A grouting material injection pipe(100) is buried in a ground around a boundary area supporting the ground unevenly to reinforce the ground by injecting grouting material to the soft ground in subsidence of the ground. The grouting material injection pipe is arranged in the lower part of a ground reinforcing layer(60) for supporting a concrete ballast layer(70). A boundary surface(30) is formed between a cut part(10) and a banking part(20), and the height of the banking part is 4 m or 6 m.
