The tool has a connection device situated at a rear end of a hollow elongated body (1) for receiving a connection cable (3) and comprising a knuckle joint device (9). Control units (7, 8) are disposed in a region of the body for being actuated by a finger of the hand. The connection cable is mechanically connected to the body using the device (9) so that a portion of the cable adjacent to a rear end of the body adopts a variety of positions with respect to the body.
