<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an arrangement method for efficiently arranging piezoelectric vibrator chips which are to be miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibrator chips are placed on a transparent arrangement jig, light is irradiated by a light source from a lower part of the transparent arrangement jig; a polarizing plate is arranged between the transparent arrangement jig and the light source; the light is polarized by rotating the polarizing plate; and an image recognition processing device detects an arrangement state of the piezoelectric vibrator chips on the transparent arrangement jig from the information of the piezoelectric vibrator chips. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
