<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm device materializing comfortable waking at a fixed time while having a simple mechanism, and to provide a program. <P>SOLUTION: When a user uses an operational section 11 to set an alarm time and an alarm musical sound, a control section 12 sets retroactive time from the alarm time and selects a pre-alarm musical sound corresponding to the alarm sound from a ROM 19. With the time from the alarm time by the retroactive time being the pre-alarm time, when the current time reaches the pre-alarm time, the pre-alarm musical sound is emitted.
