ABNORMAL BEHAVIOR SUPPRESSING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal behavior suppressing device which senses abnormal speaking voices and effectively prevents the initiation of an abnormal behavior of a user who tends to be in an abnormal state.

SOLUTION: The abnormal behavior suppressing device is equipped with (a) a microphone 1 carried by the user for recording the speaking voice, (b) a control device 2 which is connected to the microphone 1 and is equipped with (i) a device 4 carried by the user for sensing an abnormal state of the user based on the speaking voice and (ii) a voice recording medium 5 storing voice information for suppressing the abnormal state of the user, and (c) a speaker 7 which is carried by the user and makes sounds stored in the voice recording medium 5 upon the sensing of the abnormal state of the user.
