PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stool rockable in seat part, which can reduce the inclination difference of a supporter for supporting the seat part due to the weight difference of a treating person, can hold an initial state regardless of specification for a long term use, and can reduce the initial height difference of the seat part due to the weight difference of the treating person with respect to the stool capable of rocking the seat part, capable of rocking the seat part in every direction with the treating person sitting thereon in the treatment of shampoo, hair treatment, and relaxation, etc., in a beauty salon. SOLUTION: This stoolis composed of: the support 4 with the seat part 2 attached thereto; a first rocking link 5 with the supporter fitted by fixing thereto; a board 6 fixed to the first rocking link; a second rocking link 8 to be pivotally supported so as to be rotatable with respect to a base 7 at the side of a base seat 3 and also pivotally supporting the first rocking link so as to be freely rotatable in a direction orthogonal to the first rocking link; and a resilient member 9 such as a spring, stretched between the board and the base.
