PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which keeps a player interested in a game by giving amusement as a game to the player concerning giving of information about a winning role. SOLUTION: Performance displayed by a performance control means includes informing performance which gives flag setting information about whether a flag is set with respect to a plurality of roles or the categories of the roles to the player and the display modes of informing performance include a non-recognizable mode where the user cannot recognize flag setting information and a recognizable mode where the user can recognize flag setting information. When the game is started, the display mode of the informing performance corresponding to at least one role or one category of the role selected by the player from among informing performances which are all displayed by the non-recognizable mode is changed from the non-recognizable mode to the recognizable mode, and the flag setting information about the at least one role or one category of the role which is selected is given to the player.
