PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pitch name label which assists a user in specifying a pitch name, displacing a sound, and understanding chords. SOLUTION: The pitch name label is to be stuck on a key surface, a fret surface or a fingerboard of a musical instrument, a musical score or a chord table, and "ground, road, mountain, tree, fruit, river, rock, sea, bird, sky, moon, and star" are allocated in Chinese characters, illustrations, or photographs to 12 sounds from C to B. A musical instrument, a musical score, and a chord table which are provided by a computer are included. In this case, the label is displayed out.
