PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system wherein, even when the information which should be protected in the content and results of an operation is tapped or leaked, the substance of the information is not known. SOLUTION: The system comprises an object device 5, a monitoring device 1, and a remote operation device 3 connected with the monitoring device 1, and the device 3 performs remote operation of the object device 5. The device 3 has a variable DB 10 in which variables consisting of character strings which prevent real information from specifying non-public information in a catalog are registered, and which carries out secret information management using the variables to transmit the catalog. The monitoring device 1 has a non-public DB 2 which converts the non-public information in the catalog from variables into real information and converts the non-public information existing in catalog execution results from real information into variables, performs secret information management to correlate the real information and the variables, executes the catalog, and transmits the catalog execution results to the device 3.
