PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which is excellent in one or two or more barrier functionality among steam gas barrier functionality, oxygen gas barrier functionality and light shading functionality, and can be abandoned as a paper product when the bag is abandoned. SOLUTION: The packaging bag keeps a paper layer, a barrier layer with the steam gas barrier functionality and/or the oxygen gas barrier functionality and/or the light shading functionality, and a heat adhesive resin layer successively overlying in this order, and the heat adhesive resin layer is formed in a heat adhesive part forming region, and the packaging bag is heat-stuck with the heat adhesive resin layer, and the weight of the paper layer occupying in the total weight of the packaging bag is≥50 wt.%.
