PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rubbing noise of a seal part as a damper is oscillated without any increase of the cost or any defective seal caused by the aging degradation when a space to a seal surface S on a case side by winding a part of an outer seal member 75b around a pivot part 73 out of a seal member 75 of an inside/outside air changing damper 70 in a vehicular air-conditioner 1. SOLUTION: The range s2 in which an outer circumferential surface of the outer seal member 75b provided around the periphery of the pivot part 73 is brought into slidable contact with the seal surface S while the inside/outside air changing damper 70 is oscillated between the inside air introducing position and an outside air introducing position is set to be a strip-like range of≤5 mm in its oscillating direction. A recessed part s1 is formed in the seal surface S, and only the strip-like ranges s2, s2 continuous to both ends thereof are brought into slidable contact with an outer circumferential surface of the outer seal member 75.
