PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing device for a bathtub, provided with a mixing mechanism for sufficiently mixing a gas with a liquid supplied to the bathtub. SOLUTION: The mixing device for a bathtub 1 is for supplying a mixed liquid of water and a gas to the bathtub 2. It is provided with a first mixing tank 10 and a second mixing tank 20 for mixing the gas with water, a recovery and circulation passage 32 for recovering the mixed liquid from the bathtub 3 to the first mixing tank 10, a water supply part 41 to supply water to the recovery and a circulation passage 32, and a gas supply part 42 for supplying the gas to the recovery and circulation passage 32.
