PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active noise controller and an active vibration transmission controller without loss of a sporty feeling for interior engine sound during acceleration drive of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This active noise controller 10 includes: a control signal generating device 26 which computes control sound Cs for canceling noise Nz generated from an engine 28 and generates a control signal y for generating the control sound Cs; a frequency variation computing unit 70 which detects variationΔaf per unit time of an engine rotational frequency f for indicating the accelerating condition of a vehicle 30; a limiter circuit 210 for adjusting the amplitude of the control signal y by setting an adaptable filter coefficient W according to the variationΔaf; and a speaker 16 for outputting the control sound Cs based on the control signal y of which amplitude is adjusted. This enables to adjust the amplitude of the control signal y for indicating the control sound Cs according to the variationΔaf for indicating the accelerating condition of the vehicle 30, thereby controlling the loudness of the noise Nz according to the accelerating condition of the vehicle 30.
