An RFID tag (230) is attached to the left side or the right side of a cylinder body (211) of a medicinal-liquid syringe (200). A medicinal-liquid injection device (100) has a body holding member (114) made of metal and holding the cylinder body (211) on its upper surface, and an RFID reader (130) is placed on the lower surface of the body holding member (114). A holding recess (115) for holding the cylinder body (211) is formed in the body holding member (114), and a through-hole (135) is formed in the holding recess (115). A first antenna sheet (131) is inserted in the through-hole (135). One end of the first antenna sheet (131) is positioned on the upper surface of the holding recess (115), and the other end faces the RFID reader (130). Second and third antenna sheets (132, 133) are connected to the one end of the first sheet antenna (131), and the portions other than the one end are shielded by an electromagnetic shielding sheet (138).
