An electric oven is provided to improve the efficiency of the electric range by installing a packing between a worm heater and a top glass and concentrating a heat source of a worm heater on an insulation section of the top glass. An electric range includes a base plate(20), a top glass, and a worm heater assembly(70). A controller, a heater and other various parts are installed in the base plate. The top glass includes a heating section and an insulating section. The worm heater assembly is mounted on the base plate so as to correspond to the insulation section of the top glass. A support wing resiliently supports the worm heater assembly on the lower surface of the worm heater assembly. A vertical boss is formed on the base plate to fasten an engaging hole of the fastening member, penetrating the lower surface of the worm heater assembly.
