<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a monitoring device 20 to report content of an event to a supervisor H only in occurrence of a predetermined event among events occurring in a person recognition device 10. <P>SOLUTION: Among the events occurring in the person recognition device 10, the event to be reported is previously set by the monitoring device 20.
