<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light transfer array device capable of transferring a luminous state more surely between two adjacent light-emitting elements for light transfer and to provide a method for manufacturing the optical-transmission array device. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 is configured including a plurality of switching elements T mutually arranged at intervals and a waveguide body 17 being fitted between the two adjacent switching elements T and introducing a light from one switching element T to the other switching element T in the two adjacent switching elements T. The surface 103 of the waveguide body 17 has a reflected-light condensing region 104, and the reflected-light condensing region 104 is formed in an outward projected curved-surface shape.
