<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator or the like that is capable of displacing protrusive part in all directions, in a plane that intersects with the protrusive part. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric actuator 11 is provided with a metal plate 2; and a quadrangular prism-shaped protrusive part 3 is provided at the center part of the metal plate on the upper face 2a side of the metal plate 2. A first piezoelectric element (A) arranged on one side of the protrusion part 3 and a second piezoelectric element (B) arranged on the other side are arranged on a straight line that passes through the protrusion part 3 on the lower face 2b side of the metal plate 2. A third piezoelectric element (C) arranged on one side of the protrusive part 3 and a fourth piezoelectric element (D) arranged on the other side are arranged on a straight line, passing through the protrusive part 3 and is orthogonal to the arraying direction of the first/second piezoelectric elements on the lower face 2b side of the metal plate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
