<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use an existing PIN password method as much as possible, and perform a fingerprint authentication method in principle and a PIN password method exceptionally. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is configured in such a manner that when a PIN input screen G1 is displayed, a fingerprint input screen G2 is displayed to the front of the PIN input screen G1, and when a person to be authenticated is authenticated as legitimate based on the result of fingerprint matching, the user PIN for PKI which is the same value as the user PIN is inputted to the CSP part S5 for PKI as a PIN password in order to effectively use an existing PIN password method as much as possible and perform a fingerprint authentication method in principle.
