INKJET HEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of a joint part between a flexible print cable and an actuator of an inkjet head.

SOLUTION: A land 32c of a common electrode 38 formed on the surface of a piezoelectric member 40 of an actuator unit 21 and electrically connected with an internal electrode 34 is arranged at the same position as a land of a discrete electrode with respect to a direction X. Therefore, there arises a region without any land arranged on the surface near an outer edge 40x of the piezoelectric member 40. An FPC 50 bends towards the region and contacts the piezoelectric member 40. The FPC 50 is bonded to the piezoelectric member 40 via a cover film 52 formed of a thermosetting resin at the contact part. Joint reinforcement between the FPC 50 and the actuator unit 21 is achieved by the bonding via the cover film 52.
