<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration method capable of acquiring high energy calibration accuracy, regardless of the magnitude of noise or of the incident energy. <P>SOLUTION: In this energy calibration method, radiation of fixed energy rays from a calibration ray source is detected by a plurality of radiation detectors, where the mode and average value of peak value distribution differ from each other, and the average value in the peak value distribution is set the same, in each radiation detector obtained by the radiation of constant energy ray from the calibration ray source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
