PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle equipment setting system capable of re-writing the sensor threshold for performing the operational control of an on-vehicle equipment according to a desire of a user, and preventing any trouble that the sensor threshold under use for the actual control is carelessly re-written when the user operation for acquiring the change-desired value of the sensor threshold. SOLUTION: In a vehicle side unit 50, the sensor threshold to be used for the control of an on-vehicle equipment is stored as a change-desired threshold by the operation of a customization unit by a user, and the sensor threshold is updated by its change-desired value based on the updating operation determined separately from the operation to the customization unit on an outer customization device 3 side.
