The coefficientηof charging efficiency is setη=η<SB>0</SB>(where 0<η<SB>0</SB><1), if the residual charge rate SOC of the battery 1 is set 90% or higher at the initial startup t<SB>0(1)</SB>, and setη=1, if it is 90% or lower.
