PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in program development, and to reduce the workload of a program developer. SOLUTION: This development support device 2 for supporting the software development is provided with: a program management table 27 for storing information of change performed to each program by each of a plurality of users; an acceptance means 22 for accepting the request of the update information of the program from the client 1; an extraction means 23 for extracting change information since the first request time when the user who uses the client 1 has requested the update information in the past until the second request time when the request has been accepted by the acceptance means 22 from the program management table 27; and a generation means 24 for generating the update information of the program based on each change information extracted by the extraction means 23, and for transmitting it to the client 1.
