PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk changer device, capable of easily increasing data capacity for backup of data in LAN. SOLUTION: The optical disk changer device 40 comprises an interface 41 connectable with the LAN 1, an input and output control means 43 controlling input and output of information with the LAN 1, and connected with an optical disk recording means 47 to control input and output of information with the optical disk recording means 47; an information monitoring means 44 monitoring information recorded in a predetermined recording means 21 at a predetermined time; and a backup processing means 45 making the input and output control means 43 read, based on a monitoring result by the information monitoring means 44, information satisfying a backup condition of the information recorded in the recording means 21 from the recording means 21, and request writing of the information to the optical disk recording means 47.
