摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method of a gasification melting system and the system capable of performing proper control according to each situation corresponding to fluctuation of a charging amount and a heating value of the waste, and keeping a proper combustion state by stabilizing a fluidized bed temperature. SOLUTION: In this operation control method of the gasification melting system wherein a thermal decomposition gas is generated by thermally decomposing the waste in a fluid bed gasification furnace, and ash content is melted by combustion heat of the thermal decomposition gas in a rotary melting furnace to which the thermal decomposition gas is introduced, a fluidized bed temperature of the fluid bed gasification furnace is detected by a temperature sensor, combustion air supply quantity to the fluid bed gasification furnace is controlled in a first temperature zone over a normal range of the fluidized bed temperature, the waste charging quantity to the fluid bed gasification furnace is controlled in a second temperature zone over the first temperature zone, and more preferably, the combustion air supply quantity to the rotary melting furnace is controlled on the basis of oxygen concentration in an exhaust gas at a melting furnace wake side.
