PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption-type refrigerating device capable of lowering a cold water outlet temperature (that is, use-side temperature), and lowering a temperature of exhaust heat in a generator. SOLUTION: In this absorption type refrigerating device, units U, U respectively constituted by horizontally arranging an evaporator E and an absorber A and integrating them, are vertically stacked in two stages, and a circulating circuit 6 is formed to circulate most of dilute solution Ld from an outlet of the absorber A on a lower stage side to an upper portion of the absorber A on the lower stage side through a heat exchanging portion 7 of the evaporator E on the lower stage side, a heat exchanging portion 8 in the absorber A on an upper stage side, and an air cooling heat exchanger Ha, thus an evaporation temperature in the evaporator E on the upper stage side can be lowered, an evaporation temperature in the evaporator E on the lower stage side can be raised, a refrigerating capacity on the upper stage side can be secured, a temperature of a heating medium (for example, discharged hot water) Wh in the generator G is lowered, and the heating quantity in the generator G is increased.
