PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent that has excellent viscosity stability of the solution and excellent water-resistant adhesive property. SOLUTION: The adhesive agent comprises a polymer (A) including at least 5 wt.% of a vinyl monomer unit bearing acetoacetyl group and a polymer (B) of vinyl alcohol wherein the weight ratio of (A)/(B) is 2/100 to 200/100, and a waterborn resin including more than 50 wt.% of (A) that is bonded to (B) on the basis of the total weight of (A) or its aqueous dispersant solution (a), a water resisting agent (b) and an inorganic filler (c).
