PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for sidewall capable of improving softness, mileage and rubber strength, a tire produced by using the composition, a rubber composition for clinch and a tire produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for sidewall and/or clinch contains 100 pts.wt. of at least one kind of rubber component selected from natural rubber, isoprene rubber and butadiene rubber and 1.0-15.0 pts.wt. of a sulfide polymer having a structure expressed by formula (1) (m is an integer of 2-6; and n is an integer of 2-400).
