PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily makeup cosmetic which is excellent in a sense of use (light spreadability and non-stickiness), sustainability of gloss and glossy feeling of cosmetic films, secondary adhesion-preventing effect, and moisture-retaining feeling (free from dry feeling). SOLUTION: This oily makeup cosmetic is characterized by comprising the following components (a) and (b): (a) a compound prepared by esterifying both the terminal carboxy groups of an oligomer ester of a dimer acid with a dimer diol with isostearyl alcohol; (b) one or more secondary adhesion-preventing agents selected from long chain alkyl-containing polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxanes, polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxanes, carboxyvinyl polymers, alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymers, and agar. The oily makeup cosmetic is excellent in a sense of use such as light spreadability and non-stickiness, has improved sustainability of gloss and glossy feeling of cosmetic films, because coating films are thick and uniform, and gives excellent secondary adhesion-preventing effect and a non-dry feeling, because a good adhesive feeling (adhesiveness) to coated sites is obtained.
