PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box forming sheet capable of easily forming a box, and reduced in the volume of a material for use. SOLUTION: The box forming sheet 1 is demarcated into a top face area 3, a back face area 2, a bottom face area 5 and a front face area 4 by first folding lines 9-14 arranged parallel to one another. The top face area 3 has side face areas 21 and 22 expanded to a center area side with two second folding lines 15 and 16 as base ends. When the sheet is folded along the first folding lines 9-14, the top face, the back face, the bottom face and the front face of the case are formed, and when the sheet is folded along the second folding lines 15 and 16, both side faces of the case are formed.
