PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of noise around a vehicle when a remotely-controlled starter is turned on, and a vehicular engine is started in a remotely-controlled manner. SOLUTION: A car navigation start control system comprises: a starting mode determination means for determining whether a starting mode for starting a car navigation device 14 is set as an remotely-controlled unit is operated; and a starting means which starts the car navigation device 14 when the remotely-controlled unit is operated if the starting mode is set, and does not start the car navigation device 14 when the remotely-controlled unit is operated if the starting mode is set. If the starting mode is not set, the car navigation device 14 is not started when the remotely-controlled unit is operated, and any acoustic equipment is not started when the vehicular engine is started in a remotely-controlled manner by operating the remotely-controlled unit.
