PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window washing system and a window washing method which remove any stain even when the stain is attached to any area of a window. SOLUTION: The window washing system comprises: a washing position specification means for specifying the washing position for removing a stain adhered to a window; a nozzle adjusting means for setting the direction of a nozzle based on the washing position to set the jetting position of a washing liquid on the window; and a jetting means for jetting the washing liquid toward the jetting position. The washing position for removing the stain attached to the window is specified, and the washing liquid is jetted toward the jetting position.
