PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular pillar reinforcing structure which efficiently demonstrates the strength to the weight, ensures the sufficient strength, and further reduces the weight. SOLUTION: An outer reinforcement 11 connects an upper edge and a lower edge of a door opening to each other on a cabin side of an outer panel, and has an upper part 11a, a lower part 11c, and an intermediate part 11b therebetween. Two tubular reinforcing members 13 have a rectangular closed section, and are arranged along the outer reinforcement 11 on its cabin side. The intermediate part 11c is formed in a flat plate shape along the outer panel, and the lower part 11c comprises a flat plate part 11d along the outer panel, and a wall part 11e which is partially erected from the flat plate part 11d and directed to the cabin side. The tubular reinforcing members 13 are arranged so that the direction of a pair of long ridges in the rectangular closed section are directed along the direction from the outer panel to the cabin side.
