摘要 <p>In a method for operating a processing machine with synchronously driven, co-rotating axles (3 - 6) having regulated drives, through which a workpiece (1) is moved (2) by friction, where each axle has rotation counter(s) and a periodically repeating synchronization signal (syncIN) is generated, a pre-syncIN impulse (derived from the syncIN impulse) is activated earlier than the syncIN impulse by a specific induction time. A method is claimed for operating a processing machine with synchronously driven, co-rotating axles (3 - 6) having regulated drives, via which a workpiece (1) is moved (2) by friction. Each axle has rotation counter(s), and a periodically repeating synchronization signal (syncIN) is generated in a periodically repeating cycle time region. The rotational condition of all axles is simultaneously read, stored in a measuring device and processed using a program (e.g. a software- or hardware-implemented regulator), which obtains the digital actual value, calculates digital magnitudes based on external preconditions and delivers analog magnitudes back to actuators (e.g. boosters or motors) affecting the driving region. The novel feature is that a pre-syncIN impulse, derived from the syncIN impulse, is activated earlier than the syncIN impulse by an induction time formed by the transfer, delay and conversion times of the actual value. The induction time is calculated automatically from the known values of the syncIN cycle, data length (including transfer length) and the delay of the counters. Independent claims are included for: (1) a variant of the process, in which the speed of at least one axle is derived from the impulses of the counter and determined by two different methods; the position regulating system automatically uses the more accurate method in dependence on the evaluation impulse results; and the regulation software is connected for speed information; (2) apparatus for carrying out the process, in which the syncIN, generated in an external phase generator, is supplied via a synchronization line to all regulators; the regulation algorithm is initiated by the synchronization impulse, which is also supplied to the measuring device via a further line branching from the synchronization line; and presyncIN and presyncOUT generation takes place in the measuring device; and (3) a variant of the apparatus, in which the transfer, delay, conversion and cycle times are determined and processed in a specific manner.</p>
